Reform member here. I've been on the left most of my life as an active anti-racist campaigner. If we don't control our borders and if we don't restrict legal immigration we will undermine our welfare state. The way Labour care so little for working British people, irrespective of race, on housing waiting lists or NHS waiting lists is a betrayal of the welfare state they established after the war. There's a lot I disagree with the Reform leadership about, but the number one priority is solving the immigration crisis, because if things are allowed to continue as they are there will be nothing left of the welfare state worth saving, and it won't be middle-class Labour supporters that will suffer.

My son just recently left University, really struggling to get a job in the industry of his qualification. He got a 2.1 in Electrical Engineering from Bristol Uni. Just mad given this the direction of travel re: energy. He's doing different bits of jobs.

The birth rate issue is simple, the media throws images of the good life at everyone and it does not include children, its image of cars, partying and holidays , the cost of housing and the short term immediate gratification that everyone is encouraged to pursue

I thought my nana was being old-fashioned in the 80's when she said that computers would make us lazy and dependent
