We could have let all the young healthy people go about their normal routine and create some kind of immunity. Reluctant as I am I have to say towards the end of their tenure the Tories had calmed the waters a little and the shoots of growth were begining to grow. How it would have contined I don't know. However if we had that scenario now I'd take it above What Labour are doing.
