yes, Prince William made a BIG mistake in hiring Jacinda. New Zealand has some of the worst lockdowns in the world, except for China. New Zealanders who left the country for a 2 wk vacation at the wrong time couldn't get back INTO the country for 2 YEARS. Her measures were draconian, and she's one of those "think as i think or stand for your punishment" types. She quit as PM because an election was coming up and she didn't want to lose in a landslide. In NZ, she's less popular than Harry's wife.

Her hubby would also have to renounce King, country, and titles if he wants to be a citizen and if his wife wants to run. It would seem that if you have any devices that are just capable of receiving live broadcasts you need a TV license. These includes Smart TV’s, computers and iPhones, which generally come preloaded with all the crap like BBC iplayer. No aerial needed all internet apps. Very outdated law. Has anyone challenged this law in court?

You don't need a tv licence to own any of these devices, but you do need a licence to watch or record any tv program as its being broadcast. It is the act of using the device to watch "live" broadcasts that is illegal, not just owning a device that is capable of receiving them.

@@DameEdna42 I don't know the the criteria for obtaining a warrant, I hope it's not a case of "rubber stamping". It still has to be proved that someone has watched a live broadcast. Browsing history on a device for instance. It is also illegal to watch BBC I player, without a licence, which you have to register in order to use it. No doubt the BBC has records of who watches and when. So if anyone is silly enough to register and watch, they leave themselves open to prosecution.

It would be interesting to know what detection equipment is being used to get these convictions. Over 50% of convictions are by unemployed living on the breadline. Are enforcement officers (salesmen) just bullying their way into homes and getting confessions? All a very secret subject.
