These wind turbines ARE MONSTROUS and we will need huge LANDFILL to dispose of them when they are worn out. The wiring also consumes huge amounts of COPPER cables and copper is an expensive precious metal. To the countryside, I passed a place near DUNS in Scotland the other day to see a place designated a place of natural beauty, only to find when I pulled up at the designated spot, it was just a mass of static wind turbines. The same applies to the wonderful views of the ocean at the northern side of Redcar. It is just a mass now of wind turbines in the sea and it looks ugly. But who better to present ugliness, than this politician Miliband. Copper is now a good investment if you look at the commodities prices.
