I live in Swansea too. I could say a lot but to give just a very minor example - because it’s something I’d never seen here before…I used to nip out sometimes including on dark Winter evenings…did that for years, to Sainsbury’s, at about 7pm, because it’s quieter but it was always absolutely safe to do that. Never any problem. Also, I’m not a nervous sort of person at all but a few weeks ago, two blokes in a car driving at speed in the car park, missed my car by about 3 inches. I mean at speed, not ‘ Ooh…driving a bit fast’. The driver swerved wildly or would have crashed into my car. They sped to a space right outside the store. Then they went to just outside the entrance and started approaching people including me and were asking for money. Other women on their own too, were approached in the semi darkness by the men who seemed to know only the words ‘ Give me money’, in English. “ Give me money”…said repeatedly. Wow. I told the young security guard inside. He had trouble understanding anything I said. He went out though, to have a look. Came back in. ‘ He ok.” He probably thought I was concerned about the health of the two guys outside ? 🤔 🙄 That’s just one minor experience. No big deal but the feeling secure for decades in that area, was gone. We didn’t ask for or agree to mass illegal immigration. Labour went for it like a dog jumping on a bit of steak. The automatic voting Labour has to change. It’s no longer the Labour Party. After years of voting Labour, I didn’t at the last election and never will again.

I'm Welsh and recently we were up in arms because Climate Cymru BAME (a bunch of students and volunteers) advised the Welsh Assembly Government to ban dogs from the countryside, as dogs were racist. The research they did only involved asking 37 people (Yes 37!!), in Bangor, what they thought. None of the 37 mentioned dogs at all, but it still became a recommendation. I wrote to my local Assembly Member who said the report was being 'misrepresented' and he wouldn't support a ban of dogs. But I read the report and it wasn't misrepresented at all.

Arye, that steel works in Port Talbot was the very heart of a beautiful Welsh community, for decades upon decades. Now look at it, an entire community obliterated, decimated, with no hope for the future flowing in upon the Welsh sea waves of despair. Us Welsh Celts know, as the valley church bell toles it's relentless, clanging toll of despondency, that we're secure in the knowledge that hope in Wales took a long vacation, when it's boat pulled up anchor and departed from Swansea City docks back in the summer. A community that has given us incredible poet's, angelic voiced church choir singers, prolific rugby players, and 3 incredible actors in Richard Button, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Michael Sheen. This lady doesn't represent the good honest and wonderful hardworking, working class anti-racist, salt of the earth white people of the Valley's and Wales. I'm welsh born and bred, I don't believe these stats. My children go to central city school and whites are minority. Even in the white quota, a large percentage are polish. Most children are immigrants now in this school. My elder children finished there 2 and 4 years ago and it was never like this.
