Highly insightful. Many practical examples and tips in this talk, and in a true « Austrian Economics » spirit, looking into productivity by refusing the mainstream neo-classical split between macro and micro economics

Come now, he decried Complicatedness, in enough detail to guide managers to cut out many unneeded job roles, meetings, and reports. We should all agree with him that modern software when used shrewdly, makes reporting more accurate and timely.
