​@@joshuaa825 ​ ​ I'm not really sure myself but I got the impression that he's talking about mostly young experiences, like teenage romance, worldviews, figuring out personal life etc. and giving them a poetic slant? I get that from a lot of his songs, turning stuff like this abstract to show off a double-guessing and emotional protagonist, but that's just how I see this. And I guess only he knows what his own songs mean!
