Harry Kane was awful. Yes, he technically registered an assist by playing a long diagonal pass to Davies. But Davies did virtually all the leg work on that goal. Otherwise, Kane was constantly mis controlling passes to him, playing errant passes that kept getting intercepted, and showed his lack of pace on balls played into space for him. And he once again dove in the penalty area, as did Bellingham. I know Kane has a very impressive goal scoring record. But if this were Haaland playing like that last night the media would be having a field day. Kane is a great goal scorer but his limitations are constantly exposed in big game matches

Maybe it'll help that these journalists and pundits be more up to date? Tuchel said Kane and Musiala asked to be subbed.

@nicholasbolas Spot on. These “pundits”, and the producers of the show who could also be feeding them this information, constantly fail to do basic due diligence. Tuchel literally said what you’re saying after the match yet these pundits somehow are either ignoring it on purpose for a better story or really just are that lazy.

Sane had an off night and he had been subbed out 10 mins before the other two. So of course, he would always be the one to be subbed out for defensive reinforcement (going 3 in the back, which was working to the Neur bozo moment). The Kane and Musiala seemed unplanned due to their physical problems (they were both in pain and injured) and TT didn’t anticipate that. After hearing these news I no longer think this is TT fault. This is why you shoudld wait to get the full story before landing it on manager.

I saw a stat that said kane only managed to complete 4 passes in the game. If that is true, then I think this is a bit of a non issue to be honest, he was having no impact on the game

Harry Kane was never going to score even in extra time he's not a big game player like Benzema..Musiala was supposed to stay and Coman to come in cause that counter they had it was a 4v2 and with those two players they would have scored and probably put the tie to bed.

We kept getting the PR from England that Kane is on the same level as Benzema & EPL fans/Spurs fans were saying if Kane was at Real Madrid instead of Benzema. Now, there are no ifs. Real Madrid got dominated in 21/22 by nearly all teams in KOs bar 2 games... Benzema was carrying Real Madrid. Also, Musiala, Sane & many others are not bums either... Kane didn't know how to use those players, he only knows how to get fed.
