Simon makes sense, Arsenal are clearly in a much better position AND their fans'll feel a bit more disappointed with their season thus far. It's more likely that Tottenham fans end the season happy than Arsenal fans, is what Simon's saying. And I agree. Because the chance Spurs win the League Cup or Europa League is higher than the chance Arsenal win the league or Champions League. Spurs are in the early stages of a project, and half the fanbase is in on that, the other half understand but quibble with whether Ange is the right man to lead it. The squad is thin because of the project. Arsenal expected to be at the top by now AND City have fallen away, so their fans (rightly or wrongly) expected much much more.

I also think it's getting close to the point where Arsenal's cockyness about Spurs not winning anything will be hypocritical. In the past ten years Arsenal have won two domestic cups, the last of which was in 2017. Need to start winning stuff again or Spursy will become North Londony.

You missed out the part about eth having the worst ucl run ever or there abouts when they finished bottom of their table last season. Eth made the worst ever prem start last year and then beat his own record this season . Also take into consideration eth took over a man united team that cost the same amount near enough as man city and then eth spent 100s of millions to finish 8th or whatever it was last season and then spent even more to end up getting sacked 😂 when arteta took over the best arsenal fAns were hoping for was Europa League now they are challenging for the league and in ucl. Robbie is doing a great job at AFTV.. Everytime I view a show somebody is talking them down. AFTV is a "fan" channel. Over a million of them. It is the street talk - live. Super negative AND super positive. Just like your own friend group or barbershop or pub. These 'journalist' give the same extreme takes as the guy on the street and we are to take them more serious?
