You and everyone else is getting sucked in by all the marketing antics. At the end of the day, he got in the ring, fought to his best ability, lost. He’s still a phenomenal boxer and a warrior for doing it (like all these other boxers). Trash talk is trash talk and it’s just to hype up the fights. But you’ve got to respect anyone who gets in the ring and gives it everything they’ve got. On top of that, it’s a fact that both of those fighters respect each other. We all got a good night’s entertainment and these guys have got possible brain damage or worst case scenario death to worry about.

Why would anyone respect someone who has held the division up ducking for 2 years and constantly lying and gaslighting the public. The best thing that could have happened was Usyk beating him up and exposing his bullshit for all to see. The irony is that Usyk should be shown more respect for fighting all comers 99% of the time in their own back yards always wanting the smoke with the best and being honest with what he is trying to achieve. From rounds 1-4 Usyk was on the front foot, pushing the much bigger man backwards and landing hard clean shots to the body and clean left hands to the head. Fury was showboating, on the back foot, flicking out a weak jab and hitting Usyk’s gloves. Rounds 5-7 Fury, still on the back foot began to throw hard shovel uppercuts to the body and head, landing effectively and stunning Usyk. Usyk was still applying pressure and forcing Fury to work at his pace. 8-12 Usyk adapted and increased the tempo. Still pushing Fury back and throwing hard shots to the body and head. Breaks Fury’s nose in the 8th. Pings Fury all over the ring in round 9 and scores a knockdown. Begins round 10 by throwing a big barrage of shots at Fury against the ropes. Fury still recovering begins to fight back but it’s not enough to win the rounds. You could give round 12 to Fury if you’re generous as both men three and landed some good shots back and forth. But for me it’s 8-4 Usyk, with the knockdown it’s 9-3. It was competitive but it wasn’t close.

7-5 or 8-4 to Usyk...everyone keeps moaning about the ref and the 9th..but going into the 10th it was over...Im no fan of Fury i think he talks utter crap..but respect to him...Usyk should have had him out of there in the 10th but Fury showed great heart to stay in there and Usyk couldn't get it done...fight went all the way...right man got the decision...Fury fought a good fight but on the night Usyk was better.

They do not abide to laws and to society. Their gutter language is disturbing. The UK has little respect for people like Tyson Fury. One minute flying England flag on gloves shorts next minute it is Ireland next minute father tells world they are done with UK and Saudi Arabia their thing and the UK they are done with Me Osyk a man who was fighting for his country on the front line was allowed to leave and train to Box for title .A gentleman in every respect the the British admire.

not really no. the total lack of respect fury showed Usyk, the name called, childlish antics at weigh in's, the insistance on usyk weighing in first and going to the ring first because fury thinks he's special, the complaining after the fight rather than taking defeat like a man. I don't feel like respecting someone that think so little of other people in his sport. I'll respect fury more if he grows up, acts his age, and apologises to usyk and his team, and congratulates usyk on his win.

Yep. It’s sad. The narrative that a bunch of butt wipes spin to bury one of the greatest heavyweights ever. Sorry the fight was close and could have ended in the sixth round had Fury capitalized on the uppercuts that reeled usyk. Obviously what goes up must come down and so it is with usyk. Sad to see most of humanity piling on a great champion for nothing more than media driven agendas. Whether folks like it or not, Fury is free to make whatever decisions he wants to for whatever reasons are his. His talent time and accomplishments belong to him not the collective boxing community of wannabes and pseudo pundits most of which couldn’t beat their way out of a wet paper bag or are washed up boxers who couldn’t carry Fury’s lunch ( David Haye ). If there is a rematch and there should be I’m still for Fury. It’s called loyalty. Loyalty to one of the best heavyweights ever.
