Usyk is better than fury. Don’t know why people complicate it. All the physical attributes are in fury’s favour. weight, height, reach, potentially power. But he lost twice. Reason: Usyk is a better boxer. Us brits are patriotic to the point where it becomes insufferable delusion to other nations, we must make everyone laugh. Think we need to put respect on Usyks name. The guy has battered everyone at crusierweight. Moved up became undisputed at heavyweight. And took out all our best fighters on the way. Humbled a nation. Think once everyone rewatches the fights a couple of years on we will realise that it should have been two 116-112s rather than one split and one unanimous. I challenge anyone to argue those facts

I'm Australian so I don't have a dog in this fight. That said, there's nothing wrong withsupporting a fellow countryman in a sporting contest. The issue is this.... are you an informed boxing fan, or a casual boxing fan? Take Dominic Ingle for example. @@hurley31 totally agree with this. If Dubois, AJ and fury are all 6”3 and 220lbs they don’t last. Of course Usyk is an all time great. What on earth are these people on about? The only thing that is stopping them from giving him his dues is that he's not British/American.

Hes only beaten bums tho

Uysk is one of the all time greats. Not just a modern great. His accomplishments at cruiserweight ( his much more natural size ) beating undefeated excellent title holders in there backyard. Cleaning up at heavyweight. No cherry picking. He is a problem in any Era. If you are willing to call the likes of Terrence Crawford ( I do ) one of the all time greats. Then you have to do the same for Uysk.

Usyk won by 6 rounds. There is no way in the world that Fury won round 9 or 10
@marlock657318 күн бұрын
I thought that it was 115-113 Usyk on fight night, but it was much clearer for Usyk on the rewatch. The biased commentary got me.

I love this show! Very well produced ❤

Those wilder fights took so much out of both men,neither man has been the same since,I think fury understood that,that’s why he took bum fights after.props to usyk

The main difference this time was that last time we got ‘happy new year’ in May, and this time we got ‘merry Christmas’ at the correct time. I think this MUST PROVE that the round 9 in the first fight was what caused new year to come around so quickly….

Usyk clearly won !

Love how Fury said he wouldn’t make many changes cus of how close the first fight was but then put on 19lbs.

Don't forget Lennox Lewis lost to Oliver Mccall & Hasim Rahman who between then lost over twenty fights drew with Holyfield who come up from cruiserweight , Usyk is fighting what's here now he hasn't got a time machine . give him some credit ffs.
@BB49.18 күн бұрын
Not only lost to them but was knocked spark out. There is no way Uysk would lose to McCall or Rahman
@BD-mm4vv18 күн бұрын
@@BB49. No way Lewis is going life and death with Chisroa who had about 13 losses at the time. Styles make fight. The HW game back then, the HWs could actually box unlike the AJs and Furys. The loss to McCall was the best thing to happen to Lewis, he changed trainers and never looked back. With the greatest respect to Usyk this HW era is a joke, but he is elite level, but at the same time he is beatable, but not by these tall athletes turned boxers, many whom have no heart or boxing IQ are not up to the task, which is why Uysk will never get the credit he deserves.

35:40 are you joking, uysk is clearly a boxer who could survive in different eras

*A.I. judge (punch landed accuracy) I agree with 9/3 USYK win*
@TheGreatest197418 күн бұрын
I love Usyk and wanted him to win and he did. But to call him the best heavyweight ever is RIDICULOUS. Larry Holmes had 75 fights and only lost 6. Foreman had EIGHTY ONE heavyweight fights and only lost 5. I reckon if Usyk had ANOTHER SIXTY HEAVYWEIGHT FIGHTS he would LOSE SOME!!

Didn't Tyson Fury say he was going to knockout Usyk in the rematch to avoid any potential controversy...hence coming in weighing heavier than the first fight?

It's hilarious listening to Simon trying to make excuses for Fury, Usyk is just better. Ali was just better, Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson and so on.
@john-pauldsouza145018 күн бұрын
Fury knew Usyks style is an Achilles heel, Cunningham was a smaller quick footed southpaw and Tyson openly said he was the hardest fight he’s ever had and Usyk is better so after first loss Fury was not confident despite what he said

Love Duke's analysis and straight forward talk. I would love to hear more of his opinion and analysis of the fight. I don't think S.J adds anything to this discussion
@pennyroyalt254218 күн бұрын
Agree. It's great listening to two people who understand this world speaking honestly, and eloquently, a breath of fresh air. S.J, was irrelevant to this conversation, well to be honest, he's irrelevant in boxing. Hope you and your's have a great holiday time.
