Let’s talk about these Fly gloves that are so bad and dangerous for boxing all of a sudden (that the fighter sat next to Ben Shalom has worn in previous fights). We have also watched many a glove inspection online when fighters like Floyd Mayweather, Amir Kahn haven’t been happy with the gloves that their opponents have been wearing…they have refused to fight until a glove change is done. So in this instance given that these “concerns” were raised before the fight from Frazers team WHY as his promoter did Ben Shalom not raise them, kick up a stink and get it sorted days before them even getting in the ring? Also regarding Ben Whittaker, Ben Shalom has been pushing the fact he’s such a well known star since he turned pro and using it as a bargaining chip saying “he’s made for the big shows and stages NOW”Fast forward he’s had a bad performance on his FIRST BIG STaGE and getting stick the narrative is “well he’s got so much pressure on him”…. YOU ARE THE ONE THAT’S CREATED THE CIRCUS YOU LUNATIC! Ben Shalom is a snake without a loyal bone in his body. Liam Smith said it, when he beat Eubank Jr shalom drove to Liverpool all to have a lunch. Soon as he lost (after being made to fight with a back injury) he never heard from him again! And Simon gives him all this bias and room to talk etc but then gets on Eddie and Frank (the promoters who have pushed the sport forward) just because it doesn’t suit him and his interests. So Frazer's team weren't happy with the gloves at the gloves meeting and asked the board to check them again, but once the board have cleared them then what can Frazer do? nothing he has to fight Fabio with those gloves, if you think logically about this without any bias then maybe there might be something to this, we now know Frazer's team weren't happy with the gloves and then we see one of the worst injuries we have ever seen in a boxing ring, an injury that we have never seen before from someone who isn't known as a massive puncher, and the doctors who say it is a very uncommon injury and it takes an immense amount of force for it to happen.
