Yes, rice should be washed not only for hygiene reasons but also because almost all rice sorts have a coating of toxic arsenic which is also linked to causing cancer.

Hi Faridah thanks for the lesson, but i can just comment on your cooking station, gas stove was at ahigh level. Please modify a table of a reasonable height to place the stove than over reaching which can reault into major incidents for both the chef and the kid.

Honestly Mr. Kakande thanks for this program. This is the very thing I was struggling with my brother now the late. The wife tried to over power every relative of my late brother but I had to go an extra mile to get somebody to take good care of him. Actually you played a very big role in extending the life of my late brother. He was your patient at kawuku kisubi Entebbe road. Honestly he died a happy man and his time was up. She isn't wrong....The vegetable or herb is identified with different names from different languages like dhania, cilantro, Chinese parsley and coat meal. In Uganda, most people call it coat meal or dhania.
