What brand of rake is that. The only one I can find is a new one from yard tiff that has a lot of mixed reviews, more bad than good. I have a feeling the bad is coming from people setting them too low and not realizing they're not really made to scrape the dirt with them.

I don't really know what company manufactures it, all it says on the tag is acreage estate rake. A lot of people have trouble getting them set up correctly and using them right. I've even heard Farmers say they don't like the wheel rakes, once you get it figured out how to use they're not bad though

Wicko Industries makes the sweeper, they are still in business and still making that same sweeper. You can get new brooms from them.
