Some people usually hate seeing an artist enjoying their own music like justin was in this video but as a musician if you don't personally enjoy what you created no one else will

One of the most important lessons I learned about music is when the guitarist of a band called The Room Colored Charlatain said his band was his favorite. I was like "That sounds a little arrogant" and he replied "Why wouldn't I write music I love?". That kinda blew my mind. Now I Love when artists jam out to their own tunes.

the 'holding your breath" thing was huge for me - for getting the understanding of how certain screaming sounds are made another way i have had success describing this is to think of whispering. like i can whisper in all sorts of tones - i can get heady, chesty, super low, add compression, everything. Moving around and creating different soudns in your "whisper" ( NOT HEAD VOICE - no vocal connection is what i mean when i say whsper) is huge in understanding the 'feeling' of getting some of the compression down

This is the greatest video you’ve ever done. I know the difficulty is significantly higher but please do more of these. If you could get Ronnie to do this with you talking about his voice that would be amazing🤯

Also Justin you are an amazing vocalist and all I would say is the more languages you can sing in the more people you can talk to😎

That was awesome! You should definitely do more of these breakdowns with the artist. I'd be more than happy to see you 2 breakdown the whole album, Great fun.

I just got into Tallah and I am in love with their style! Another band I’ve been playing on repeat a lot is Ice Nine Kills, have you ever thought about reacting to them? I think Spencer is a great vocalist

I was watching Justin when he had his old channel and would post vocal content. He one day disappeared and then he came back with tallah and I'm so happy to see him well and thriving.

Re: "Now I'm a drum!" Jon Mess in Dance Gavin Dance fills that role to a T. Their past few albums have really had him acting as another instrument. Which lets him have such whacky lyrics, lol
