Another big tip for anyone learning is that even though proper body position appears “locked and rigid” you want to have your hips “unlocked” to allow your body to react to any unexpected bucks. You don’t want to have a death grip with your arms and hands because it’ll create that loop effect, grip with your knees (pigeon toe on the pegs will help). Great tutorial man!

On dirtbikes i always used to blip the throttle, then i was taught to let off the throttle right before you leave the lip of the jump and that tip made jumping WAY easier and smoother.

Yeah even Hemecula mentioned you saying your the only guy really doing things on the Surron. I think your JB O'Neil's buddy that use to race MX. I know JB pretty well from boarding and I raced MX my whole life. Got hurt to much and after a real attempt to go pro when I was about 20 I got hurt again and again getting ready for Loretta's or Ponca or Mini Os. Wasn't in the cards I guess but awesome to see you not just getting older and giving like most do. Been following you a lot lately. Keep it up man. I am hoping my back will get better cause I would love to get back into racing the over 40 at Loretta's maybe but it's not looking good as far as old injuries acting up.

How do you control the angle of the bike when landing
@se114592 жыл бұрын
If you hit it right the bike will naturally ‘arc’ to the right angle. You can also adjust by pushing forward or pulling back on the bars, as well as gassing or pulling back brake. Practice on way smaller stuff than this then work up!
