Casey Shae. I assume you know who Bora is, he's a bit like Bora. He's the secret 7th member of Tally Hall and wears a black tie. Joe couldn't make it to a few of the shows during the good and evil era due to unforeseen circumstances (we have our guesses as to what happened but it's only alleged and we'll all never really know the true story. Joe has only said that his personal life got in the way and he couldn't tour so that's the explanation I'll give as well). This meant the band didn't have anyone to do Joe's parts and needed a replacement. Casey Shae offered to take Joe's place temporarily and wear a black tie. He did extremely well considering he had to learn the songs on such short notice. He definitely isn't Joe but he was there for the band when they needed him. He even attended shows where Joe was present just to record stuff and hang around. This is why we consider him the 7th member like we consider Bora the 6th
