I read the relationship generator and it said some positive stuff happening between Cypressburrow and Cliffstar twice in the first moon and their platonic like increased a lot after that. In the second moon Runningheart wanted to spend the entire day with Cliffstar and then Cypressburrow called Runningheart the wrong name.. Could this be romance and jealousy happening ALREADY? I am so excited!!

You would’ve loved a cat I got for a leader, she’s a bloodthirsty young adult and her name is Pepperwater/star. I was actually alarmed to see she was thinking about making 4 moon old kits become apprentices, like Brokenstar did. And she seemed always eager to fight and had very violent thoughts lol.

Oh my gosh!! I tried this and boy do I have a story to tell!!! So I had a leader named Fallenstar a warrior named Cliffthroat and the deputy Sandshadow.(Remember these names.) These two would ALWAYS be arguing!! Almost every time I clicked ‘Relationship Event’ they would be arguing with each other. It got to the point where their relationship meters said ‘Hate’ instead of ‘Dislike’ So I continue looking over the clan and clicking away going past moons blah blah blah. Fallenstar and Cliffthroat keep arguing and I go into ‘Dangerous Options’ and it says ‘Kill’ Now, keep in mind that this was my first time using this so I thought when it said ‘Kill’ it meant the cat would randomly kill someone in the clan. Since I wanted more drama I pressed it and then I see sparkles around Cliffthroat….I had realized I actually killed Cliffthroat. I was so upset with myself for being stupid! I go back to just clicking event buttons and I catch a sentence that basically says: “Sandshadow is saddened but has learned to move on from Cliffthroat.” I had no idea those two were mates and I must’ve missed it!! I was even more upset with myself!!! So while I be sad I just kept clicking away until I catch: “Fallenstar and Sandshadow have become mates.” …..I just bursted out laughing. I just went: “No wonder Fallenstar and Cliffthroat were arguing so much! They were arguing over Sandshadow!” XD

I decided to try a similar challenge, here's what I got! Garlic Clan was a clan that had some... unique viewpoints. Only cats with ginger in their pelts were allowed to join, and if any non-ginger cat joined, they would be killed (or if they were lucky, exiled- only one cat was exiled, and it was a gentle white kit named Cypresskit, who is still occasionally spotted around the border and still has their kit suffix since they didn't change their name). Medicine cats were also HIGHLY valued in this clan, and it was common for cats to be named after things related to herbs or nature (such as garlic, juniper, pools of water, etc.) The clan had no warriors, elders, kits, apprentices, or queens. There were three cats: The shameless leader Garlicstar, who the clan is named after. The empathetic deputy Junipertuft. The nervous but skilled medicine cat Herbstorm. But tragically, Junipertuft was killed during a rogue ambush whilst on a solo patrol. It upset the clan greatly and left them without a deputy. Eventually, a vengeful grey-and-ginger shecat by the name Poolstripe joined the clan because she was cast out of her old clan due to a transgression she doesn't like talking about. The game doesn't give an explanation, but due to her vengeful personality, it likely wasn't a good thing. Because of her history in her old clan, GarlicStar decided to wait until she could trust her. After patrolling together every moon, GarlicStar gained MORE than trust, and ended up developing a crush on Poolstripe. When GarlicStar asked Poolstripe to be her mate, she instantly agreed because she genuinely felt the same way. The same day, Poolstripe was made deputy. Soon enough, more cats were joining the clan. Grasseye (a white-and-ginger trans shecat) was ostracized from her old clan. The game says that "nobody knows why", so I decided that it was because of her gender identity. Reedkit (a ginger and mackerel tom) was abandoned as a kit and he was taken in by Herbstorm, the medicine cat. Blossomkit (a grey, white and ginger tortie shecat) was born into kittypet life, but she got found by the clan and was invited due to the ginger in her pelt. Blossomkit and Reedkit become apprentices and took on their 'paw' suffixes. They were both mentored by Grasseye, but the two had very different personalities, likely due to their pasts. Blossompaw was empathetic, whilst Reedpaw was shameless (and at one point, even bloodthirsty, but he seemed to grow out of it). Reedpaw LOVED Blossompaw's personality and developed a crush on her, but funnily enough, Blossompaw disliked him. Meanwhile, GarlicStar had gone on a patrol alone since Poolstripe was injured that day. But, tragically, she was swept away in a flood. Poolstripe became Poolstar, and had to deal with becoming a leader AND mourning her mate on the same day. She was angry for a long time, and didn't appoint anyone as deputy for moons. It wasn't long until the apprentices became warriors. Grasseye had trained them well and was a respected warrior, with a close connection to StarClan thanks to her hard work. Reedpaw (now known as Reedstripe) and Blossompaw (now Blossomlarch) still patrolled together frequently, despite Blossomlarch's secret dislike for Reedstripe. But something horrible happened. The two came across a hurt, abandoned kit whilst on patrol. Reedstripe immediately antagonized it due to its fur colour, but also didn't want to abandon it. Blossomlarch had an opposing view, and concluding they should let the kit into their clan anyway, because that's what she believed StarClan would've liked. Reedlarch came up with a solution and decided that they should both try to take the kit to another clan, which Blossom thought seemed reasonable. But the kit died on the journey, and the two buried the kit. Blossomlarch felt so guilty, but Reedstripe barely reacted and laughed it off, since "if it came to our clan like you wanted, maybe it would've been killed for its ugly pelt anyways". It made Blossomlarch dislike Reedstripe even more. How could any cat bury a kit and feel no sadness? Eventually, Poolstar got over mourning for her late mate Garlicstar, and poor Blossomlarch began to feel jealousy as Reedstripe was appointed deputy. Despite knowing that a bad cat had been chosen, she didn't have the heart to tell anyone about the incident because she knew she was also guilty for letting Reedstripe (unintentionally) kill the kit, and she also knew that Reedstripe had done it accidentally and trusted her not to say a word, so she stayed silent. Reedstripe was oblivious to Blossom's dislike, and assumed that the reason Blossomlarch hadn't snitched on him was because she loved him back. He still plans on asking her out soon. Another kit joined the clan, by the name Dockkit. He was a daring ginger cat, who had left kittypet life to join the clan. When Dockkit became Dockpaw, Blossomlarch mentored him. But Reedstripe joined their patrols every moon, even when asked not to. He was slightly obsessed with Blossomlarch at this point and never wanted to leave her side, and he used the excuse of "I'm the deputy" to get his way. Poolstar let Reedstripe do whatever he wanted, so Blossomlarch had to let him join the training sessions. In all fairness, Reedstripe DID give Dockpaw a few good hunting tips, but he spent his time trying to get closer to Blossom. A nonbinary elder by the name Hoarsewillow was the leader of an old clan, and decided to take away their nine lives and settle in Garlic Clan for a change of scenery. Thankfully, they're a ginger cat and was treated well. They made sure to repay the clan by being a den builder, as well as being strict and keeping cats in check. So far, the only cats they like are Grasseye and Dockpaw, and they have no opinions on the others. Less relevant, but Herbstorm (the medicine cat I mentioned at the start) is now 144 moons, and is the only founder left in the clan. She speaks to StarClan a lot whilst patrolling and is a master at her role now. She often feels lonely and her nervousness has increased over the years (just checked the game and it says that she's messed up the herbs and is panicking xD) due to all the losses, but she's still doing great at her job and is highly respected. That's all I've got so far!! I'll be sure to update with more clan drama. EDIT: HUGE NEWS!! THERE'S NOW A WAR AGAINST A RIVAL CLAN CALLED IRISCLAN!! The clan is tiny and has a low chance of winning. But a female white cat called Brokenbelly from another clan called DaisyClan offers to join and help. Despite not being ginger, the clan reluctantly allows her to join because they need support in the war. When the war ends, there's a high chance they might exile or kill her if she doesn't gain their respect properly. The war is still continuing, and Dockpaw is now Dockleaf. Because of the new warrior, the clan quickly decided that since they have a ginger warrior, they no longer need Brokenbelly. She was exiled from the clan, much to her surprise, and left feeling shocked and used. Hoarsewillow isn't keen on the clan's way of treating cats because of their pelts, but they can't do anything about it and stays quiet. Blossomlarch also felt bad, but stayed quiet too, and decided to go and patrol with Dockleaf, with Reedstripe tagging along as always, much to her annoyance. They find an injured cat by the thunderpath, which instantly reminds Blossomlarch of what happened to the kit. Reedstripe takes charge as always and used the same method of trying taking the injured cat to another clan. Blossomlarch wondered if Reedstripe was TRYING to make history repeat itself, but she couldn't stop him from using that method, since Dockleaf was there and she didn't want poor Dockleaf to know what happened to the kit from the past. THANKFULLY, the method worked this time, and the injured cat survived. The only damage done was the fact that outsiders didn't like the way Reedstripe treated injured cats at all. Next moon, Leafbare hits badly. Poolstar's bones are aching. She's had a broken bone for 3 moons and has only just realised how bad it is and visited the medicine cat. On patrol, Reedstripe, Blossomlarch, and Dockleaf got jeered at by a patrolling Iris Clan, and after rightfully arguing back, they got into a fight. Grasseye has a weak leg and broken bone. And worst of all, Herbstorm went onto Iris Clan territory to get a herb and was attacked, despite explaining frantically that she's a medicine cat. She's got a bite wound and is unable to treat herself, Poolstar, and Grasseye. It's clear they are losing this war.

NEW UPDATE!! Blossomlarch got scratched by Poolstar as a punishment because she gave Reedstripe and Dockleaf the idea to run away when they came across a small dog during patrol, and they all followed through with it. Now poor Herbstorm has even MORE work to do. Thankfully though, Herbstorm's bite wound healed, and she's able to patrol and get more herbs again. Poolstar recovered from greencough but is still too injured to leave the medicine den. Reedstripe and Dockleaf have to patrol without Blossomlarch, which makes Reedstripe feel quite grumpy throughout the patrol. He doesn't even notice when Dockleaf embarrassed himself by tracking his own pawprints. Luckily, Herbstorm's herb patrol is successful. Poolstar soon recovers from greencough, but still can't leave the den, and Grasseye recovered from yellowcough. Only Poolstar and Blossomlarch need treatment now. The war with Iris Clan is still on-going though. Also, a Daisy Clan patrol jeered Reedstripe and Dockleaf. Reedstripe snapped, and without having Blossomlarch there to be reasonable, he chased the Daisy Clan cats away fiercely. Garlic Clan is getting tired of war with Iris Clan now. Blossomlarch and Poolstar are still in the medicine den, much to their irritation, and Reedstripe's anger seems to be growing the longer he can't patrol with Blossom. He faked having a belly ache just so that he could visit her, but it resulted in him getting called out for it and lectured. Hoarsewillow feels increasingly nervous for the clan. Reedstripe snaps whilst on patrol and antagonizes a loner. The loner hissed at him due to his attitude, and poor Dockleaf felt helpless to do anything to stop arguments. Luckily, no fights happened and the loner left. Next moon, both Poolstar and Blossomlarch have recovered and are able to go back to patrolling! Reedstripe is now in a MUCH better mood and is constantly checking up on Blossom. It annoys her, but she's touched that he cares- even if it IS a bit obsessive. Blossomlarch, Reedstripe, and Dockleaf are happy things are back to normal. Poolstar decides to stop hunting alone and invites Grasseye to join her, and the two shecats have a successful hunting patrol. Herbstorm's herb patrol goes perfectly too, and the clan seems to be doing much better, despite the war with Iris Clan. Blossomlarch and Reedstripe decide to patrol without Dockleaf, to reminisce on being apprentices. When they work together, things go surprisingly well, and they manage to steal a meal from a fox, dragging it back to camp. Dockleaf patrols alone for the first time, and it goes well. All other patrols are successful. Reedstripe is thinking about kits. He decides that he HAS to ask out Blossomlarch soon. After all, he doesn't know that Blossom dislikes him. He decides to patrol alone with her a few more times to try and get her to like him more. Blossom stretches out in the sun, and Reedstripe's whiskers twitch with interest, but he quickly looks elsewhere. Not long after, tragedy strikes. Poolstar goes out hunting, and it begins to rain. Heavily. Swept away in the storm, she dies in the same way her late partner GarlicStar did, reuniting in StarClan. Reedstripe becomes Reedstar. He's quick to pick Blossomlarch as deputy, despite his grief. Iris Clan attempted to invade their camp as soon as they knew of the loss, and as a result, Dockleaf suffers from head injury.

@@FrostyLass Thanks! I've got a new update. Blossomlarch is at the point where she wonders why she ever disliked Reedstripe so much. She knows he's done some stupid things in the past, but he's always been there for her, and his actions have always been well-meaning. Now, Reedstar and Blossomlarch have had a litter of kits! They named their kits Daisykit (female), Boragekit (male), and Marigoldkit (female), named after herbs out of respect for Herbstorm, who helped deliver the kits and has always done so much for the clan. History seems to be repeating itself, as two new apprentices have joined the clan- one a loner (Tansypaw, she/her), and one a kittypet (Parsleypaw, she/her), just how Reedstar and Blossomlarch had been. They were both going to be regular apprentices, until Herbstorm got lost during a patrol, falling into a burrow and passing away. The clan was deeply saddenned by this news, having lost the final founder of the clan. However, Reedstar noticed how Parsleypaw took an interest in herbs and StarClan, and decided on making her a medicine apprentice. The Clan is more hopeful for their future now that there's more kits and apprentices, despite their loss of Herbstorm.

Poor Herbstorm! Losing a cat like that is always really rough, it just always feel too sudden/unfair. :C That does sound like a really fair progression for their apprentice to take though! Especially after that sudden loss and learning how to overcome it (with the help of med cats to some extent probably)

Just started Clangen today. A couple of kits died, the leader and deputy were BOUND to falling in love from the start, the medicine cats are falling in love now, and we found a badger den. It's been 2 years since I was with Warriors, maybe I should come back Also the Deputy is vengeful and a good fighter

I did this and it's very fun I also saw that one of the clan members Thing that said " is definitely planning something" And I was pretty excited on what drama they would cause Makeing bloodthirsty clans are rlly fun and I would recommend you make one! Edit: and alsoi saw something else on the leader this time (umberstar) She was thinking about giveing the kits their apprentices names more early than 6 Moons and i was like: "Oh lawd shes pulling a brokenstar!" Edit2: i went to events and it said a kittypet wanted to join the clan and they choose that They wanted to keep their kittypet name "sunset" I was happy with them their pelt was pretty and they looked promiseing I sent them on a hunting patrol only hunting! No dangerous boarder patrols! She found her way to a den with a weird scent and im like "Oh yeah its probably just a old bangder set!" It wasnt- Infact it was a wolverine den!! She tried outrunning it but sadly she died And i feel stupid now for letting her on a patrol by herself 😔👍

I actually got RREEEAAALLY lucky when making an evil clan. my leader is palestar, she’s bloodthirsty. My deputy is minkfoot, HES blood thirsty, my medicine cat is vengeful and my first one was ambitious. I have like 3 bloodthirsty cats. It’s amazing, they’re all rlly evil. The entire clan. I make the “soft” ones medicine cats just incase. I’m only on moon 16. I named the clan bear clan, because bears are notoriously aggressive if you enter their territory, and just in general. We already had a war with another clan XD

I have a apprentice in hareclan named Cragpaw, who since becoming an apprentice has had no apprentice work because as soon as he was made a warrior, he contracted kittencough and then as soon as he was cured he got whitecough. Poor Cragpaw.

I decided to pull out clangen and do this as well. My leader Antlerstar was perfect since of his bloodthirsty personality the deputy slatemedow was sneaky the medicine cat was adventurous one of the kits was Bossy and the other kit troublesome the warriors were charismatic and childish

Yes, on computer. There is an online version, I'm not sure if that would be more accessible for iPad? I'm pretty sure as an itch.io game it's meant strictly for the computer, though

I see now that I misunderstood the original comment! I thought originally you were upset same-sex pairs could not have kits. You are still entitled to your own opinions and enjoyment of content, however my channel will always be a safe place for all groups and implications of homophobia/transphobia/racism and etc will not be tolerated, and further comments to that end will be deleted. In the sake of fairness that your comment was not made maliciously however, I will answer your question. The cats in the books will likely never come out as that is not considered "publisher friendly" for the series; the unfortunate truth, no matter how antiquated the concept, is that series portraying clear same sex pairings will not sell on an international level as well as heterosexual ones will. (I highly recommend looking up videos on the topic as they can go into better detail than I ever could in a single comment). We as players and consumers can be better than the bottom dollar, however. And if we are naming canon gay characters, Ravenpaw, Barley, Tallstar and Jake all readily come to mind alongside others, but those four are undeniable imo no matter what lens you're looking through :)
