Tamang POSISYON sa PAGTULOG ng BUNTIS | Paano DAPAT matulog ang buntis

Ano nga ba ang tamang position sa pagtulog ng buntis? Isa ito sa mga katanungan ng ating mga mamas lalo na ng mga first time mama. May ibat ibang position tayong nakasanayan sa pagtulog at hindi lahat ng ito ay maaaring gawin kapag buntis. Ang ibang position ay delikado at hindi komportable kaya nararapat lang na iwasan. Sa videong ito tinalakay natin kung ano ano ba ang pwedeng position sa pagtulog ng buntis kada trimester. Isinaad din natin ang pinaka safe at delikadong position sa pagtulog ng buntis kasama na ng demonstration kung paano ba dapat ang position sa pagtulog ng buntis.

36 weeks ka pa? Pwede pa itry pero d na sure kung madami pa ba syang space na ikutan depende sa laki nya at water mo. Left side lying ka ma tapos walking ka, kung may gym ball pwede kang bou ce bounce. Check mo pano manormal delivery natin

nagpa ultrasound po ako last August 3 ma'am, ayun frank breech sya yung puwet nya nasa unahan ko po, yung timbang nya is 1.612 kg normal naman po yun maam?

Hello po, wife here- Sana po mapansin, regular period ako as in simula nung mag start ako mag karon ng mens, then last dec 18 2021 ang huling mens ko, then i though this januray 18 or 19 magkakaron nako pero wala pong dumating na mens, then nag antay ulit ako ng hanggang 2nd week of february pero wala pa din po, and after that is nag pt nako, but its negative, at hindi ko na ulit inulit yung pt, until now, di pa din ako nagkakaron, pero nakakaramdam ako ng some symtoms like, paminsan minsan naduduwal,konting lakad hinihingil, feelling bloated kahit anong oras, moody, and minsan, pag nandon ako sa bahay ng parents ko, kumakain ako don, may nalalasahan ako na kalawang, and naamoy ko, yung tipong kapag susubo ako ng food malalasahan ko sya kaya dikona naitutulog uung pagkain ko, but hindi naman ako nagsusuka or nahihilo, pero sumasakit paminsan minsan yung breast ko, and minsan heartburn, pero kung buntis man ako, pag pinagtataka kopo eh bakit 8months nako hindi dinadatnan, samantalang yung laki ng tiyan ko ay parang nasa 3months parang, and minsan may nararamdaman ako na parang gumagalaw sa tiyan ko, di ko lang pinapansin, pero may kutob ako na buntis ako, but this fast few weeks nag pt ko twice, yung 1pt 2lines but yung isa is faintline, and nag pt ako ulit after 3 or 4days to make sure pero nag negative na, kaya sobrang naguguluhan talaga ako, ma pa help naman.

Ma mag pt ka ulit in the morning then kung positive buntis kung negative naman ay ibang issue pwedeng PCOS. Pacheck up ka na ma, 8 months ay sobrang tagal na para hindi datnan

Hi po ma, gusto lng po sna mag ask if im preggy or not. I was diagnosed woth PCOS(both ovaries) wayback 2019, since then nagpaalaga na po ako sa OB ko, nag normal po by early 2020 ung left ovary and nag regular na po menstrual cycle ko, usually 28-34 days. Never nko nadelay, pero now, last mens ko po is july1-7 and til now d po ako dinadatnan, nag pt po ako every week simula nung nadelay ako. 1-3 is negative, 4th positive then yesterday negative po ulit pt ko. Buntis po kaya ako?

hi po good morning, tanong ko lang po delay po kaai yung partner ko ng 8 days po tapos po dapat aug 19 meron po sya nung aug 8 po nagkaron po kami pag tatalik pero naka protection po at irregular sya possible po kaya na buntis sya?

Hi Maaaa! Good day po. Ask ko lang po, last mens ko po July 27-August 1. Then nag eexpect po ako ngaying month. May PMS din po ako halos same po ng dismenorrhea ko po. Pero 25 napo ngayon pero wala po ako nararamdaman na sign ng mens ko po. Possible po kaya buntis ako? Pwede din po ba sign ng early pregnancy ang utot ng utot tapos sa dulo ng pagkain ko like huling subo parang may mabaho sa kinakain ko tapos maduduwal pero wala po nasusuka pero lunch at dinner ko po danas.
