+Bryant Williams Honestly I don't blame Tamar for lip-synching. She's singing on tour, while juggling a talk show, DWTS, and a reality show. That can wear her out a little bit. When you're tired, your voice is not always in the best shape. Lip-synching can help preserve the voice.

It depends on the song. I can hear her clearly in songs like Love & War, All the Way Home, King, and etc., but still a like this, One on One Fun, parts of Making Love, and etc. I don't understand what she's saying either.
