I just love how you allow emotions instead of wearing a facade! I really creates a bond, even though you might not "personally" know us! Love that tons 🥰🥰🥰 I was working in Dubai for a couple of months and was quite impressed by what it became and what is yet to come! On the other hand, when I saw all the construction work and signs not only written in English, but also in Hindi, it has kind of shown the bitterness behind the bling. How do you guys feel about this? Your videos just give me so much comfort after a stressful day, you motivate me to take grwoth oriented decisions and to always show up as my best. Tamara, when I did detox, I stopped consuming sugar as well. Also spices (black pepper, chili, ginger, cardamom etc) are the important part of feeling good and being healthy. We have a tradition in our family to put spices in most food and COFFEE. So coffee becomes a real power! Even a tiny bit of spices regularly is helpful 🙂👍

OMG they have Garret Popcorn in Dubai?! That was started in Chicago, their first store just a few blocks from where I live - Their Chicago mix (cheddar and caramel corn mixed) is addicting. Not even kidding, you can be walking down the city street and smell Garret's two blocks away, and the line to get in to buy any is usually wrapped around the block. ;) So nice to see you and Fil enjoying your time after the whirlwind of Vlogmas you've just finished.
