The Plus numbers on the glasses is the magnification numbers. I started with the 125 and i am up to the 300. I have actually used two pair at the same time for cross stitching. The higher the number the stronger they are .

You really have to check the dates on anything that can expire. There's a lot of stuff that's going to expire very soon, or already expired. Even beyond food; vitamins, lotions, even spices. No matter how low the prices are, if you end up throwing things away, you're not saving any money.
