Learning so much from your reviews Jon and your overall score you go into so much detail on why you don’t like or like something like the flatness on this guys neck thingy. Also how the hands should touch and you jut can’t get it because it won’t allow you. It looks like a fun figure but also overwhelming at the same time.

my favorite line of Dragon ball figs is, S.H. Figuarts, i think they are a solid 8/10 only problem is they rarely come with effects

Vegeta is awesome. Vegeta, Broly, and Super Saiyan 2 Gohan are my favorite fighters. Aside from Super Saiyan 3 Goku and Gotenks. I have a Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta and a Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black statue.

Great review man! I would reccomend looking into the SH Figuarts dragon ball line. Its their most popular & biggest line. They release 1-2 new figures every month and have alot coming in 2023. Be careful and try not to get into the rabbithole of collecting :-)

Haha, yeah it’s a dangerous hole to go down. I have seen this brand in Target and they just don’t do it for me. I like the detail of this one, but it’s just missing the mark a bit

I actually liked this figure , i guess after getting the first release Goku it seemed amazing...u would hate the Goku .. on the bright side it's one of the first time k get to complete an entire line of figures ( since it's just Goku and Vegeta )....but if u want some good dbz figures hop into the s.h Figuarts dbz line

I think you can’t really go wrong with the SH Figuarts Dragon Ball/Dragonball Z figures. Pretty much the best out there. On the cheaper side there’s the Dragon Stars line but I don’t own any of those so I have no clue if they’re any good.

@@NostalgiaUnboxed I do know that many of the characters in the shf line are getting a re-release with completely updated and improved articulation. I only had 3 figures (adult Goku, kid Goku and first appearance Bulma) and they were gorgeous both in terms of looks and articulation. Sadly, I sold them off because I wasn’t going further in the line and there are other fandoms that I appreciate more, but those are probably the only figures I still regret having sold, especially Bulma. That one was a work of art.

@@NostalgiaUnboxed yeah, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, GT, Super, the list goes on. Especially since Superthey keep releasing Goku and Vegeta with new hair colors, it’s like a My Little Pony mash-up, it’s ridiculous. My favourite show was plain old Dragonball so I wanted to focus on that line, but the scaling there is not great (kid Goku and Krilin are way to big to fit in with the other characters, even if they are fantastic figures). The DBZ line is much better scaling wise. But yeah, with an insane amount of characters it’s a rabbit hole you can get lost in.

I seriously do not understand your frustration. This is one of the best posable vegeta figure up till 2023. The price you got was a steal. Those who have S.H. Figuarts will know, they never come with normal and saiyan headsculpts in one box. Not to mention the free stands and swappable eyeballs. Suggest viewers check other reviews of this figure for a fairer review. Check out Justin's Collection for a start.

With this many optional parts and disassembly of the head it's practically a model kit. Personally I'm kind of getting burnt out on figures that come with all these bits. But I can see why they exist for photography and changing displays.

Yeah, it can be a bit much sometimes. Two heads would be good, but accessories should be based around their ability. Like Marvel Legends Cyclops not coming with his optic blast. It’s crazy

Becareful with these. they are made of silicone. And Goku already for some of my freinds has damage... So it is just like a hot toy in a way. But it will brake if your not careful. I was thinking about it. But then when that happened. I kept to just shf. I hope your stuff will last a bit better. But it comes down to qc sadly. And for 100 dollars that was... a punch to the gut from Bandai.
