I have a few of these for some of my figures. The thing I like about the blue ''flame'' piece can also be used as water. (Like if a character were doing some kind of ability atop the water's surface, created swirls around them)

Just got the red ones, but they were knock offs. They still look really good though, and I plan to put them around the SH Figuarts Super Saiyan God Vegeta.

Just as gonna toss this out there since you didnt mention it. The 4 smaller parts are held together with 2 pegs, you can split them in half if you ever felt inclined
