Death by shark could not be one of the worst possible ways to go, but he must have put up a real struggle and died a Koa warrior’s death with valor. It is with a heavy heart to say goodbye to a man with a bigger than life personality, and a reputation which preceded him. He was a a Godly man. The Hawaiian Islands lost a hero, but now he watches his island home from the stars and beyond. May he rest in peace with the saints in heaven. In Jesus’s name, amen 🕊✝😔

A native of Oahu. We almost all take the risk of going into the ocean ( myself included) because we enjoy it. Most of us will never be attacked by a shark. Perry was just unlucky. I'm glad he got to. Enjoy all those years surfing before his untimely death We must keep in mind, Everytime we go into the ocean, we are going into the sharks home. They live their. God bless him. So sorry this happened..😂
