I think bands lost their spirit with the years. Tks for sharing this concert, one good moment in which we can see and feel the spirit of Tame Impala.

Anyone who has attended a Tame Impala concert over the past seven years would have heard the absolutely sick live guitar and tastefully added extra drum fills on, say, 'Let It Happen' or 'The Moment', or since summer 2019, the extended one-minute chunga-chunga intro to 'Elephant', which honestly reminds me of Queens of the Stone Age's 'Regular John' or something. People who walk away from that show feeling like 'the band' has 'lost it's spirit' is probably looking for a way to say that synth-heavy arrangements are incompatible with their gen-x boomer dad concept of what rock should sound like.
