i won't lie i love tamer's writing style, for the longest time people couldn't figure out if he was a troll/shitposter or a genuine content creator with weird taste. his videos hit the spot with weird shit and actually good writing, plus the nostalgia of the edgy 2010's.

I really liked his depiction of Pinky Pie. She reminds me a lot of Osaka from Azumanga Daioh, especially who she is in meme culture; a kind of idiot savant, retarded by all accounts but with wisdom beyond her years: her honesty in telling Rainbow Dash she loves her (while still maintaining a shred of plausible deniability), being the unexpected ringleader of the mane 6 (- Twilight) in ganging up on Trixie, her encouraging Soarin to pursue Braeburn. (I still don't really understand the 4D chess Pinky was playing in "Twilight Shows Trixie The Meaning of Friendship Whether She Likes it or Not": first bullying her, then telling Twilight to go make bologna sandwiches for Trixie (because bitches love bologna sandwiches), but then continuing to bully Trixie until she attempts suicide; but her defensiveness afterwards makes it sound like she really just wanted to fuck Trixie up. Maybe she just did that since she's gotta keep up appearances as the "fucking weirdo".) I'm a cishet male so I can't give two shits (maybe one though) about some male British cigars, but I really liked the Twixie arc. I really love those lesbian ponies. Also, Big Mac sounds like LowTierGod, and honestly acts like him too. Also Chrysalis. The delivery of so many brick jokes are so good. When Twilight farts while talking to Rainbow Dash before her public execution, it's not just a fart gag but causes the fartomic rainboom when Rainbow recalls the memory. Or when Twilight makes fun of Fluttershy for being unable to count as proof of her 100% horse DNA, or when Fluttershy is crying and shitting in the bathroom. Purp's interview with him is pretty good. Apparently he's never seen the show besides a few clips (which is why eg Spike never appears). I wonder if that makes his videos a lot more accessible than his Sonic Underground videos, which I assume he bases both off the original show and his 10+ year backlog of his own videos. So there's a lot of references and on going plots, directly alluded to or not, that mean nothing to me.

I really hate the toilet humor. For me, I'm someone who despises toilet humor due to, well, really bad ocd surrounding it, meaning that I couldn't get through even just one of Tamer's videos. Which is a damn shame, since I can tell I'd really enjoy the videos if they didn't have the toilet humor.
