Hi Swetha, for vit D you can sundry mushrooms and store it in a container. Whenever needed just soak it in warm water for few mins, it ill swell up. You can make mushroom soup or It can be used in preparing usual curry . mushroom has the tendency to absorb vit D from sun. Hope it helps.
