Hi akka, I am regularly watching your videos and you take an extra effort to clear all the doubts of your subscribers that is really amazing may you and your family be blessed always… one doubt in cooking Biryani in Dutch pot you are telling to keep in low flame after rice is above water so for basmati rice how much time we need to keep in low flame also for dum in oven for chicken and mutton biryani- you heat the oven to 180.c for how much time ?? and you cancel the heat option and just keep the biryani inside for 30 mins in dum Am I correct.. if possible can you please explain in shorts or one of your videos

Seeraga samba will get cooked soon.. basmati rice means just 10 mins .. if you are placing in Dutch oven in stove itself , then same timing only .. but check in between to see the rice is cooked ..

😂 I was speaking about the decor in home and clearly mentioned I am not speaking about minimalism.. yes we are 4 people , but those milk boiling pots are not used only for boiling milk.. I use for various things.. and one more thing even if I have many kitchen utensils I keep it organized .. there is no visual clutter in this .. it’s all organized inside cabinets .. I think you are getting confused with milk boiling pot and sauce pans .. sauce pans can be used for mostly every day cooking..
