Hi swetha! For cold u can dry roast omam(ajwain) and garlic and make a potli with that in cotton white cloth. Keep that near his nose while sleeping. That gives a relief

Nose pricking is the commonest reason for nose bleed in children. It is very common during winters in children and elderly Best is to do nose pinching with mouth open for a minute or ice pack . Use saline drops if needed it might come again
