My husband cheated on me when I was 5 months pregnant. I knew my worth and packed my bags and I was out of there. Once his new relationship ended he thought he can come back to me and piss her off. I didn't play those games I was comfortable with my decision I made. FYI: He caught her in there bed with a mutual friend of theirs he walked in on them. He didn't know that his brother wife had told me what happened. I was so happy I was so over him. He thought he was going to play me to make her jealous. But he forgot I was the wife and didn't want him. Years go by and I have two more other kids he tried it again to get back with me. I had grown so much that I was a home owner and went to school and became a nurse. I really didn't have no type of feelings for him. We communicated because we shared my oldest child together but that was all. God has been good to me.

When I first encountered that narcissistic troll, I was 27, my child was 2 and I just found out my child's father was having a baby with another woman. I was crushed and fearful of being a single mother. I was scrolling on FB and I see one of his videos. I'm like "Finally, a black man who uplifts and understands black women!" I bought several books like an idiot. I was trying to just feel good about myself again. This has taught me that I should have sought out therapy. I should have never gone to social media to fill my emptiness. He is a complete psychopath and I wish I could get my money back. I have quit following all the others too that claim to be experts on relationships. I am seeking the help of PROFESSIONALS. Prayer and therapy can get me through. This video was everything!

I went to therapy for three months, and to this day, it was the best decision I ever made. Now I still have low points, but as my counselor told me, I would bounce back faster. I am no longer sitting in depression for weeks and months. I put boundaries on everyone and have started listening to God and me. It seems to have given me a 3rd or 4th eye for the foolishness, with a quick withdrawal system.

On the other hand their are periods in my life where I've felt I need some direction to help me see a situation clearly but I also rely on my intuition and sometimes what's good for one is not good for another I say all that to say take what others suggest with a grain of salt. I've never been into the if a celebrity says it, it must be true type because there just sharing their story from their perspective and really that's all they can do. The truth hurts, people hurt people and sometimes we have to take on that hurt until it gets better. With age comes wisdom(for most of us anyway) you learn that your opinion is just that.
