Why use a deep fryer when you only need to put a pan on the stove and fry the tortilla in the oil in a pan that doesn’t make it hard for you to get ahold of the tortilla and it uses less oil than a deep fryer would need.🤷🏻‍♂️🐻

wow fried ice cream mmm sound something i would try.. and the floor tortilla.. mexican do that during the holidays.. they are called (Buñuelos) and they make a sweet sauce. they melt some (pilonsillo) raw candy.. an but it on top.of the (buñuelo)all nice and warm.. Nice video, sir. May I make one suggestion? You can save yourself lots of hassle and make a nicer product by getting a good quality, non-stick ice cream scoop. By this, I mean the kind that cuts balls of ice cream and has anti-freeze in the handle. (Ikea sells a great one for about $3.) It allows you to make nice, round spheres. A dessert as glorious as yours should have that nice finishing touch. :) Thanks for sharing.

Thankyou! The first time I had fried ice cream was at Casa Gallardo when I was like 15yrs old. It BLEW my MIND!. Second time I was 35, it was at a mom&pop restaurant. But they just took vanilla icecream and put it on a a bed of cornflakes and put melted caramel on everything....I was sorely disappointed. I thought maybe the CasaGallardo I cream I had was a fluke...Well, I'm gonna make this. I have ALWAYS wanted to reexperience that CasaGallardo ice cream. It was like a flaky-thin-doughy crust w/ honey and caramel and carmelized apples and whipped cream, it was MAD crazy delicious. the crust was kind of like an OLD SCHOOL McDonalds Apple Turn over - I think Hardees , KFC, and LEES chicken also have these apple turnovers now, the ones w/ the crispy flaky yummy crust...I guess I could just get some of those hot pies,break 'em up around a place and while they're still warm, put a scoop of vanilla icecream on top and drizzle w/ honey and caramel sauce come to think of it..LOL...hmmmmm, guess I just came up w/ my weekend desert

OKAY! 2 things everyone should do if you want to make this! Put gloves on and scoop the Ice cream with your hands and make balls. Second, don't put the Ice Cream Balls directly on the counter, put the pan in the Freezer and when you are done with an Ice Balls, have a clean towel near you and use that to open the freezer and drop(delicately) them on the pan. Yeah, like she said. Just the vanilla bean is good by itself. If you're doing the syrup I might just simmer some berries in a pot with a little sugar to make a compote. Then you can strain the syrup into a cup, or keep the berries in there.
