im worked in RITES inspection department contract basis few years,im written here,what im seen and what im find in about railways,railway lose the quality,all over railway most of matrial purchased and outsourced,matrial given to companies for a manufacturing tender basis,they reduce quality,corruption and bribe play major role,im noticed in a coach manufacturing even safety items not maintain quality for example bogies,underframe.esspecially casting items not maintained CMT quality,and also few suppliers only available,due to necessary production,POH,IOH and ROH matrial needs,department pressure without CMT testing pass the matrials to inspection persons,please media highlight about passenger safety and railway quality.
