@@hanshilgers4666 The irl Rex and the Ark Rex are actually two different species. The Ark Rex is actually Tyrannosaurus Dominum, and it drives Helena nuts whenever someone calls it a 'Rex' lol. Secondly, they weren't terrible hunters. They had a supremely good sense of smell to track prey and more than likely operated in small groups, with younger individuals bringing the speed needed to catch up to faster prey and the older ones bringing experience and raw power to bring it down. Also in spite of the fact that an adult Rex was fairly slow it could probably run for a fairly long time and was still quick enough to launch an ambush attack in which it need only get one good bite to deal a lethal blow to nearly any animal it came across. So yeah, alone they are great at locating prey, terrible at catching it, but amazing at killing it. A small group of them would be a force of nature in all three categories.

Syntac, i'm sorry, but Dododex won't tell you if the dino is good or not, the reason being when you tame a dino and it gets those extra levels, they don't split evenly, meaning a stat could get a shit roll, in what was overwise a higher stat

This, I think this every time he mentions it. I've tamed a ice golem that had 260 base melee which DodoRex said was crap and after it was tamed almost all the stats rolled into melee and it had 411, which DodoRex then said was amazing.

They can’t continue walking through gates if one end has a door on it it will keep it from walking past it. The door doesn’t have to be closed. You just set up a normal looking army trap with only one door on a gate. Once it’s inside stay on your mount and hurry to the opposite end and slap another door on the back gate and they can’t get out

I really do hope they get re-buffed in PvE along with velonasaurs. The main reason why manas and velonasaurs were nerfed was because they were way too powerful in pvp
