Here is the Tamiya Merkava Main Batlle Tank, I had seen a load of people building this and at less than £20. It has been a very enjoyable build, as you would expect with a Tamiya tank kit there is very little to complain about.

I got to play around with a stowage cage which got me some more practice with the mesh. There was a fair amount of brush painting in details which again gave me a lot of practice.
I have to say this is one of the cleanest paint jobs I have done so far, even after I damaged some of the paint on one of the tanks side skirt and had to respray.

Nice build. Im thinking of the same tank to practice with my new airbrush. Vallejo and AK Interactives do IDF colours...so a Sinai grey or a sandy grey is what you would be after....

Thanks buddy, I'm fairly happy with the colour but I think next time I would add a little more grey. It is a lovely little kit to build and very reasonable.
