Tamiya 1/48 German Kubelwagen Type 82 - Kit Review

A review of Tamiya's, 1/48 scale, Type 82 Kubelwagen, model kit, released in 2003, under Kit No. 32501. Also released the following year, 2004, under Kit No. 32503, German Kubelwagen Type 82 "Afrika Korps".
This Kubelwagen kit has also been paired with various Tamiya 1/48 aircraft, including the Messerschmidt Bf 109 G-6 (Kit No. 25204, released 2022) and the recent Dornier Do 335 (Kit No. 25206, released 2023).
This highly detailed kit includes 2 Luftwaffe pilot figures, optional open/closed front doors, standard Tamiya assembly instructions with colour call-outs throughout, (side of box) cut out street signs & flight map, and painting and marking guides for 4 vehicles.

Nice. Even though I already have a Dornier kit, and now the Kubelwagen, the Combo kit is still on my want list, if it comes up at a reasonable price, that is. Cheers!

Agreed. A driver would have been a welcome addition. Especially as the Afrika Korps Kubelwagen gets one. Cheers!
