When bleeding the shocks try not to let the piston come out of the shock oil at the top of the stroke. You'll introduce more air every time that happens. Also when topping the shock up I've found it's best to have the shock shaft about 2/3 collapsed. This way you have a more neutral internal pressure. Having too much pressure inside the shock when it's fully retracted will encourage it to leak over time.

Hi Glenn, the threaded bit is called the "pre-load" collar and I suspect the white pistons are low friction versions of the black ones?. Steve UK.

Put the two hole at back and thee at front you want it stiffer in the rear soft at front
