Wow! You covered a lot of territory in a short amount of time! Seems like a pretty awesome build so far!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you! Yes, this one has been definitely a fun one to build so far. Very different in some ways just because of how a lot of the parts are all finished and ready to install.

It's a simple kit, but I still want one.

Great build so far. The big T really thought abour doing this kit as easy as possible

Thanks Dirk! Yeah it's coming along nicely...definitely a fun one to build. It's cool that Tamiya has done a lot of the work for newbies but it's interesting that none of this is really pointed out anywhere in their advertising. I think they'd get a lot more newbies buying this kit if they only knew how it came in the box.

@@FastFreddyRC it must have been a marketing strategy in comparison with their other kits😉😁. The old Grashopper was promted as abasic car and never as a beginner lnes here.

@@RCBirds interesting...definitely an interesting marketing strategy for sure. And...most hobby shops don't even carry this model right now yet it's listed in their 2023 Tamiya catalogue. It's strange for sure.

@@FastFreddyRC the DT-03 is 25 % cheaper and has oil filled shocks. The TT-series is also cheaper and is available in many versions. They made a kit in which the customer doesn't have to clip some parts together but was expected to use a screwdriver and costs more than a modern (racing) kit? That's hard to sell. Don't get me wrong I like this car and am planning a project with it. I'll get one, but this is my decision and it's not rational😉😁

Great build so far. At first I wasn't a big fan of the mad bull for some dumb reason, but the more I see it the more I want one.. lol

I don't think I was ever that big a fan myself...BUT...it's the only buggy Tamiya produces with big truck tires. Decided it was unique enough that I wanted to build one...glad I did...it's actually pretty cool so I'll be curious to see how it drives. Although....I hear it's kinda like a grasshopper...all over the place lol

Are you going to do the rubber tube hack for the servo linkage? Looks like a fun build. Might have to get 1 now. I might go for oil shocks though 🤔 can't wait to see this one run. Have a great holiday 👍

Hi Zach! To start with...no. I'm going to build this completely stock and do a running video of it as is. But I know @addamsplayground does a great job of showing how to do the rubber tube hack which I'll end up doing based on how Addam said it performed completely stock. I'm not surprised though...I've seen a number of running videos of this car and the steering just looks like it's all over the place because of the huge tires. BUT...I'll do some testing myself for sure and see what I think.

So far it’s going great. I’m a fan of this vehicle. Fun stout looking RC. Definitely need to add one to my fleet.

Wasn’t sure at first but I’m liking it more and more as I build it.

Hi the Freddy, a great overview of the MadBull. Looks a great beginners kit too. And the manual with that blue shading, different to the modern kits for sure. I’ve got a Neo-Fighter on the DT-03 chassis, it came with the upgrade motor, ESC and DT-03 oil shock upgrade as standard. Great tutorial, very clear and precise. Take care and best wishes to you al for Christmas 😊😊😊

Oh SWEET! I am very interested in getting one of these if I can find one. I've seen running videos and they look like a blast.

And it’s a pretty fun build! Can’t wait to see what it’s like. It’s the only car/buggy with big tires that Tamiya offers!
