Great build series, I have just bought both the Bruiser & Mountain Rider - couldn't decide on either one only so had to buy both - loved both kits from the late 80's/early 90's

just found this much clearer then the manual and helped loads however still sticking in between gears :( any tips ? did you have to adjust endpoint and servo trim ? using a futaba t4grs and ch3 is a 3 position toggle i may have to get another box ?

From memory the end points were adjusted. I don't have it anymore to check it out

Does the mountain rider have more metal gears inside than the bruiser has? I've just ordered one along with slipper clutch.

Nice video thank you! Can I ask, are the places you applied grease as shown in the maual? I thought all the axels going through the gears also should have grease too, not just the teeth of the gears? Cheers.

' i have one tamiya F-350 truck... i leave 3rd gear speeding in the gearbox... no change gear speeding from the servo... still good running

Waste too much grease on gears by using fingers. I recommend that you use little paint brush to apply grease.
