Thanks, I wasn't set on this combo at first so I'm glad I never stripped the chrome beforehand as I'm also impressed how it turned out 👌👍

hope you get the weather next week for doing Scanny. as kind of waiting on that series to see how you fit the dual motors to the chassis, as bought the mounts for my 2 trucks, had a look with the chassis, and looks like I got to drill the holes into the chassis rails, so going to be put off until after my little holiday which starts this weekend. but probably going to be quite some time after that, as need to build the gearbox which includes ordering that, and also the motor. as for the black and chrome, think black and chrome were always the best two colours as they stand out the most. if you did a blue or something that isn't glow in the dark tunnel paint!! then you could get away with not having the chrome.

Dual Motors? 🤔 You maybe confusing my build for another as my little girls Scania is all pretty much a standard setup.. I hope the weather takes a better turn too 😊 Blue and chrome and blue and silver are probably my favourite colour combo, just trying to stay away from blue for a while as I used to do everything blue 😂

@@scotty555babe sorry thought you said you were going to mount both motors for the steering and the gears up front of the chassis. rather than having the steering motor on the side of the truck.

I love the black and crome also but you might want to get the rear fenders cromed and I think that it would look good

I was happy with the black and chrome in the end, I like the arches better now it's painted, not sure how practical they'll be driving through the woods and things but time will tell 😊👍

Yep iv don couple globes from parts as did sell few bits from kit haha there not lookin bad but there b redone after nationals show 👍👍👍🤟🤟
