Tamiya TT02B Buggy racing, A FINAL - Round 3 of the AIRCCC Summer Series 2021

Welcome to 1/10th Buggy racing where the cars are the same, the electronics are the same, the motors are the same, and the setups are virtually fixed. This is the the world of Tamiya TT-02B racing at AIRCCC, where the driver holding the transmitter makes the difference.
Drivers get x2 qualifying runs to set the grid for this A final. Each qualifying round is 5 minutes long, where drivers have to set as many laps as possible during that time. Their single best 5 minute run counts, and they have to do it with another 9 cars circulating at the same time.
This class is a great way to get started in radio controlled car racing, the kits are available at most hobby shops, and parts are very inexpensive. Tyres will last a really long time on the astro turf surface, as long as you don't go bashing in your local car park or skate park.
The TT-02B chassis shares many parts with the on-road version, so another great reason to get into the Tamiya class is that you'll need to carry less spares, even things that you might not think about - like you'll only need to buy a single battery, and it'll fit in each car because it's the same chassis.
The kit is available to purchase with a few different varieties of body shell, and you can get an RTR version; however I would strongly recommend buying it in kitset form, and then building it yourself. It will help you to understand the mechanics, and help you to diagnose things in the future. Before you get started though, make sure you buy a bearing kit to replace the standard plastic bushes; you'll avoid having to pull the whole thing down to individual parts to install the bearings.

It's great racing, awesome setup. Just want to ask if you have the ability to make the leaderboard may be smaller or something. Often any action happening coming off the Kyosho Triples into that immediate turn/corner is blocked by the leaderboard graphic. Everything else is the cat's pajamas.
