Looks great on you, the fabric has this nice subtle pattern that makes it wearable. Always good music on your videos. And it’s great to have a really extensive view on the actual garment at the end!! So often this „showoff“ by the makers is too short to really see and understand…! Thank you!!!

I don’t usually press between steps on simple knit tops either. I’m not going to press it after washing before wearing, so why bother? I usually sew tees on the serger/over locker only.

Hi Emma, I bought some Maroflex and the was told to put regular thread in the bobbin. Did you do that? Just wondering as I haven't sewn with it yet! I think the top looks cute on you!

I didn't. Put miraflex in bobbin, I haven’t had any problems but I think there would be a problem if I did otherwise as the tension wouldn’t be the same.

Hey Linda, thank you ☺️ it’s meant to have the boxy, loose sleeves - if you look at the design on Tammy then it reflects what I’ve done. Really enjoyed the sew along- hopefully first of many!

Recently I’ve been just using my sewing machine for knits, but normally I would use my overlocker! Perhaps I should do another jersey sew along that reflects using both machines?
