Excellent video. Thanks for all the effort you put on making this. Really appreciate. My wife and I love St Pete and Tampa around Hide Park area. We stayed in the Vinoy Renaissance many times. I highly recommend, great hotel at a perfect location and with a lot of history.

I've done a few off this list. Most notably, the Columbia in Clearwater and Ybor City. I liked Ybor more though. Riverwalk never disappoints!! Bayshore Blvd is also a must see. Frenchy's in Clearwater is also a top stop for me!

I dont hire brand new agents because we work with a lot of relocation and there is a learning curve with knowing all the areas that our buyers typically need.

Tampa is definitely not a foodie destination! But im happy to see it's getting a little better! We desperately need better restaurants, not chains. And not a restaurant that's good the first year and goes downhill after. After 24 years it's been one disappointment after the next!!

No. We had some crazy rains over the last week, but no flooding in Tampa. I believe possibly south florida had a few spots that had issues, but i havent seen anything in tampa more than a typical summer storm. My kids went swimming in the pool 4 times this week if that tells you anything
