100% Tamra expected Shannon to fall apart over the whole situation and wanted to come out looking like she's right to apply tough love. I think Tamra's deep rooted problem with Shannon, is Shannon is her biggest competition on the show, from the very start, when Shannon first came on. So when Tamra was fired and Shannon was not, Tamra has been furiously jealous of her ever since.

Good rant. I have struggled with substance abuse as a grad student with adhd (apparently, people with adhd are more prone to it because of dopamine dysregulation and the university work culture is extremely alcoholic similar to the legal profession). It's something I have had a lot of trouble around extending compassion toward myself over, and while it has never resulted in a DUI, it could have cost me my marriage. Tamra should be reminded of how she tried to get Gretchen 'naked wasted' to have her son violate her castmate out of jealousy. She didn't care about weaponizing alcohol then. I saw an interview where Vicki said Bravo should have brought Gretchen back instead of Alexis, and I agree.

I have too and I did get a dui. Luckily, I was immediately pulled over leaving the establishment (the cops were set up) but I thought I was fine…I blew over by a hair but nevertheless couldn’t afford an attorney and pleaded guilty. After that, any time I was pulled over they ask if I’m drinking because it pulls up on my history and like an idiot when they asked if I was prescribed any medication’s I said yes although I wasn’t currently under the influence of them as I had taken them eight hours earlier and I was arrested again and I thought it for four years and finally gave up and took that plea deal so once you get one dui they will come after you again and again but I quit drinking after my first but be careful ever telling them you’re on prescription medication because they will give you one for that to…

I used to study and worked in law for around 5 years, but couldn't cope with a profession that puts you in contact with people going through the worst times of their lives, because of how sensitive I am. In school, they'd talk about how people get recycled through the system because the justice system isn't really about rehabilitation but punishment. I'm generally a fan of harm reduction models as they don't criminalize people who need help and are supported by research.

The amount Shannon owes John is $75k. Shes acknowledged in interviews she was wrong. She also has said multiple times for months that she offered to pay John in full and he declined it. He refused to sign the standard docs in settlements which is a non-disparagement agreement. So that tells you what John's motivation is. And it isn't just about getting money back.

I think part of her hatred for Shannon is resentment + jealousy cos Her new Boyfriend is OBSESSED with his Ex! She clearly has had alot of shit from him for being clumsy while doing the blackmail - + that the entire cast heard about it + didnt jump on that bandwagon. He selfishly chose the 1st day of the Charity event for a deadline just so it wld come up on camera, deep down she must know thats not a supportive boyfriend seeing as the event meant alot to her.
