This is such an important take. I’ve also been a longtime viewer of Tana, and have watched her grow substantially over the years. At the heart of it she has always lead with good intentions. People villainize the teenage to early adult Tana and project it onto who she is now. Every misstep she has made through her time on social media was very on par with her literal developmental growth at the time. She acted like a 19-21 year old person would and is expected to act, except she did it on social media. I definitely give her slack because she is no longer her younger self but a matured woman who is finally finding her footing in this world. this human shit is hard and there is no manual. I truly don’t understand the double standard people hold towards her.
