ma'am, i am confused in d6 T. S. diagram at the end of your video which u have shown. In high spin there is only one transition state 5T2g to 5E1g and in low spin, there are only two accordingly as u have been said, but let me know in d6 ( low spin) there are five possible transitions like 1A1g to 1T1g, 1A1g to 1T2g, 1A1g to 1T2g, 1A1g to 1eg, 1A1g to 1A2g. is it correct or wrong please, justify? Means...in d1 and d2 ' we will spilit the orbital as usual.. But in d3 ' it's govern by d7 nd same for d4 it's by d6...!

If job is your priority go for organic. You can go for industry or R & D upto you. Or you could get into academics or research. Choose inorganic if you are looking for research or academics only because jobs are harder to find with inorganic. Good luck

You didn't mention what actually racah parameter was and from where the 15B have come.. please be more informative and try to clear the basic otherwise it will not help us anymore..I had to go through a book even after watching this video..we can memories those facts that you have told but it would like to be forgotten as you didn't tell the reason
