Despite of the meaning of the word 'Abang' is big brother in Indonesian/Malaysian/Bruneian, Tanah Abang means 'Red Land'. Its a false friend since 'Abang' here is a Javanese word thats the meaning is red. So Tanah Abang means Red Land since hundred years ago the area is nothing but red soil.

Ako po nanggaling sa Brunei at yung airline medjo mahal nasa 32,000 pesos yung balikan. Kapag galing ng pinas baka mura kung may cebu pacific. Sa hotel naman mga nasa 4000 per night maganda na. Sa food naman siguro nasa 400 per day if kakain ng 3x a day. 😁
