One of the major flaws in Work from office is.. When a junior goes to ask for help, many times he/she is taunted or made fun of in front of every1 present, for the kind of doubt being asked. Not only is this toxic.. but it makes the junior doubt his/her worth in the company amongst other fellow colleagues.. and can make him/her hesitant to clarify doubts from the next time if the person is hyper sensitive.

Remote jobs have so many advantages, 1. Work from hometown with family / In office job you need to go office everyday and big cities like bangalore without family 2. Spend less in work from home and save more / you can't save anything in work from office job, due to staying in Bangalore is very costly with travelling in traffic everyday. 3. Time waste everyday in travelling 2 hours wastage in travelling everyday.(Biggest struggle in wfo). 4. Mental health issues in work from office environment due to work pressure , remotely you can do your work without pressure and feeling like family environment always. 5. Staying with family eating healthy food , and in office eating unhealthy food s with unknown community for lifetime, no friends ,no family ,only lonely life in work from office jobs 6. If parents are old aged than you can't take care at home for caring parents, you are living in metropolitan cities. 7. Rent is more higher than your in hand salary like in bangalore, Hyderabad ,Mumbai metropolitan cities.

And i am in IT industry from last 6 years..i really preffer remote jobs brcause atleast you can save your time energy and money and spend time with family.most important thing is i dont want to travel for 2 hours or 3 hours to office and then just see rhe face of idiots who are just doing kind of politics. So it is good to work as remote instead of WFO.

I dropped 2 yrs for UPSC couldn't clear it, want to still keep trying but I want a backup career now Idk where to start konsa course kru, kaha c kru, jobs k update kaise milega.. I strongly feel REMOTE JOBS honi chahiye.. ya Hybrid mode.. where u have both the options.. either to go to office.. or do WFH. I work at a startup but sach mein, office mein jaake it's more depressing and my productivity goes down. I am an introvert & way more productive when I do WFH. Hence both the options should be provided by orgs, as eventually what matters is productivity.
