The radio frequencies are its own module on the car. They come with the radio controller. They are forever paired with their own unique frequency.

We have active suspension, V4 Gyro-sensors, stupidly powerful motors, full carbon fiber chassis, LED light kits, engine backfire kits, sound kits, special and expensive suspension, limited-slip differentials, plastic and modifiable bodies. The only ones that are plastic are the beginner chassis, those will run about 400-600 dollars.

Most of these RC chassis have a median price at about 1,000 USD. But you can find some for about 400-500 USD. If those aren't in your budget you could settle for a Wal-Mart RC drift car but I don't recommend it as they are terrible platforms.
