So what happens if I resign waiting for drug results to get back but I know that I’m going to pass?

is the smell or odor of weed enough for them to suspect reasonable suspicion and send you imeditally todo a drug test? My office is shared by someone who has a medical card and couldve easily been the one that smelled but I was the one to be sent out without any questions asked or anything?

Generally speaking, the smell of marijuana can be a factor that provides reasonable suspicion but again, it depends on all the facts and circumstances involved.
